Congratulations!  Every one of these nominees are worthy of the title, but unfortunately…there can be only one!

All 5 nominees will be recognized on stage during general session on Sunday at the Conference, where they will be presented with their Top 5 Team Leader of the Year Certificates. The winner will be announced on Sunday night on the big stage under the bright lights of the Nabbies.

The judging was done slightly differently this year due to the many, many, many different variables that come into play when trying to quantify what it means to be a great Team Leader.  We decided that the fairest way to do it would be to have the NaB team vote for there top 5 candidates in a number of categories, including but not limited to the following four:

1.  Attending & Contributing to the bi-monthly TL Conference Calls

2.  Responding to TL e-mails & requests for correspondence

3.  Sending in Monthly & Quarterly Calculators

4.  Overall Energy and Commitment to the NaB Programs & Philosophy
