• We offer Monthly 1-on-1 Team Leader coaching calls to review your school’s ongoing performance.
• Quarterly sales and performance reviews for both Cosmetology and Esthetics.
• Video Conferencing is available for Team Leader coaching as well as student coaching. Each video conference is customized with topics for both Team Leaders and Students.
• Bi-monthly conference calls for owners and team leaders

Team Leader Training

• Participants will be provided with the knowledge and tools to implement and teach the program in their school as a Nuts and Bolts Team Leader.
• Four days of learner centered motivation and inspiration that will leave you with the desire for your students’ success. It teaches how to make your students more hirable, how to give them the business tools they need to make money faster, stay in the industry longer and have fun while they learn.
• Additional/optional team leader training for new or existing team leaders at a minimal cost

Nuts and Bolts Events

• • Nuts and Bolts Annual Leadership Conference- To help keep our member schools inspired, we hold a leadership conference every year. The purpose is to energize teachers and school owners. Participants leave the conference with a revived spirit and return to their schools prepared to motivate their students and staff. Each year the conference is held in an exciting location.

• The Nuts and Bolts team attends all major conferences like AACS and CEA and uses the instances to reach out to our member schools with meetings and forums.

Marketing Collateral

• • Nuts and Bolts Member Schools receive marketing support in order to get the most out of their membership while attracting the best students, staff, and clients. Marketing materials include:

International Business Student Of The Year Awards

This is an annual competition open only to students at Nuts and Bolts Member Schools. Students compete in the categories of Cosmetology and Esthetics and the criteria considered includes: retail sales, up-servicing, average ticket amount and overall excellence in customer service. Winners are announced in an awards ceremony at the International Salon and Spa expo and receive cash prizes as well as higher education. Click to learn more about this competition, please.
