REWARDING YOUR CHAMPIONS

Your teachers are your greatest resource; treat them to a day at the mental day spa. This one-day training session performed at the school. In this training session we will re-motivate the teachers, giving them a renewed purpose and a rejuvenated perspective on their careers.

We believe that your teachers are your greatest resource, and we want to reward them with a day of “brain food.” We will inspire them, help them, and give them a new way to look at their career, going forward.

This program is a one-day inspirational workshop, and will be delivered using a multi-media presentation, combined with printed teacher handouts. We will also utilize the Nuts and Bolts Teaching System, which is an interactive, new way of delivering information.

We plan for everyone to really enjoy the program and leave with some great new ideas on how to handle change in the workplace.

Many of our member schools are AACS members and would be happy to share their experiences with our programs, should you want to talk to them prior to our training date.

FRONT DESK MANAGEMENT

Probably the most important class for schools who want to raise the bar, bring a “real world” environment to their school clinic floor and provide outstanding customer service to clinic floor guests. This one day class is conducted onsite and brings together clinic floor instructors, front desk staff and managers in a way that creates synergy, increased sales and customer delight.

Your front desk team can either make your business or break it, that’s how important it is. Therefore we believe that the front desk staff needs to be part of your management team. They are coordinators not receptionists. Coordinators coordinate the day to day efficiency and productivity of your business. They can either destroy or generate harmony with your staff and to some degree control the level of customer service delivered every day with every client.

This one day eye opening workshop is delivered in a multimedia, fun and interactive format that will show your front desk management team simple systems and techniques that can double your retail and service revenue overnight. It will teach how to schedule for maximum productivity and revenue, how to create retail and up servicing opportunities. It will show how important data collecting is, where you make the most profit and deliver all of this through legendary customer service in a team oriented environment.

We all know we do not give our front desk enough training. Now we can. Take advantage of this customized and inspiring class now–they deserve it and so do you!

BUILDING A WINNING TEAM

Clear and open communication and open mindedness in an organization is critical. But often when challenges occur, poor or lack of communication and a lack of open mindedness is at the root. Developing a winning team involves creating clarity for everyone on the company mission and vision and how each and everyone play a role in achieving and living the company’s goals. This class will leave everyone with a renewed sense of purpose and tools to use everyday in their work.

Building a winning team has been recognized for centuries as the key to success in nearly every endeavor, so why is it so difficult? Our success truly depends upon the performance of others.

Winston Churchill said that if he could have only one quality, it would be courage because with courage he could acquire all other qualities. The number one ingredient in building a winning team is encouragement. What you will learn from this class is how encouragement will stimulate team members to have the courage to believe in themselves and set no limits. We will learn to look for the good rather than the bad in people. If everyone in your team gets this and believes in it, there are no limits for themselves and the team.

We will teach you how to achieve clarity, develop powerful communication skills and create team-planning strategies. You will learn how to encourage your people to feel like they are part of a team, and most importantly, valued.

In this inspiring one-day workshop we will address all of these important elements and more. You will come away with tools and the knowledge of how to build your very own winning team, raise the bar and reach levels of achievement you never though possible and you will do it together.

MANAGING AND DELEGATING

Every business goes through “Growing Pains” It’s the transition point where growth has caused the old ways of doing things to break down and become ineffective. TURNING INTO AN ORGANIZATION

Entrepreneurial efforts usually start a company and propel it forward. But it is people and systems that take over a company’s growth curve at some point. Many owners resist this transition because it requires change, risk and learning new ways, and the fear of losing control takes over.

This training program is designed to lay out the steps needed to transition from a reactively run business to a proactively run business.

Managing and Delegating are often misunderstood business practices and in this interactive class we will explore the different styles of management common in business today and review the art of delegation, which is so hard for entrepreneurs to do naturally.

We unravel the veil of mystery surrounding “the organization” and distill it down to bite sized pieces to facilitate easy understanding.

Whether you are a seasoned business professional or a new school owner, this class will leave you prepared to face the challenge of building your business by putting structure and systems to work for you.
