How To Build Your Business

Cornerstone 1: Clarity

What we will learn from this cornerstone is that clarity is crucial to Being Number 1 and Staying Number 1. How important a mission and vision statement is and what they should contain. How the front desk can fast track you to success and understand with clarity the 4 R’s of every successful business. Requests, Retention, Retail and Referrals.

Cornerstone 2: Changing Into a Business Person

This cornerstone reveals how to think and act like a business person. What to focus on and how to become more productive. Learn 7 new daily habits that will immediately increase productivity and chances for success. We will see how valuable it is to be able to calculate and use average service and retail tickets to build your business.

Cornerstone 3: Tools To Build Your Business

We will learn how important it is to prepare and gather relevant information about clients. Discover where to find that information, what it is and what to do with it to capitalize on it. Learn about a Customer Service Checklist and what it can do to help build your business. We will begin to understand the power of having a daily productivity game plan and how to create one.

Cornerstone 4: Priority Planning

What we learn from this cornerstone is how you can put all of the knowledge you have learned so far into some kind of priority plan. You will develop a system to help you decide on the urgent, important and the not so important things that need to be done and how quickly you need to do them. By completing one thing at a time you will accomplish so much more than trying to do everything at once.
