Programs

The Progrow Teaching System is used as a delivery vehicle in each student training program to integrate personal and business skills with technical skill training. Each one of the programs teach much needed skill sets and are collectively known as ‘THE COMPLETE WORKS.’

Training materials are modular and designed to integrate seamlessly with technical training. Each program comes with its own student workbook and audio CD, and is taught through DVD with teacher facilitation to check understanding and ensure maximum effectiveness in the student salon.

 

Embracing Change

Students will learn the necessity to embrace change in both the school environment, and eventually the workplace. They’ll also learn how to overcome fear & use CHANGE to their advantage. Students will be able to capitalize on these new tools and market and fuel their personal and business growth.

Students will learn how to build their business and what tools they will need to do it. This book focuses on the essential role that the front desk plays, and the importance of analyzing client profiles. They will learn how to get clients, keep them, up-service them and get referrals by delivering legendary customer service.
