NaB Lounge

With NaBlounge we wanted to create an environment for our students to be able to come together and, share their experiences, share their stories, interact with each other, and most importantly we wanted to provide them with a place to come and have fun while they learn.

One of the things that has always troubled us at nuts and bolts was the fact that, our industry seems to be perpetually behind the curve when it comes to using new technology.

Our students all live in the twenty first century, so why are they being taught using twentieth century technology?

We decided to challenge conventional thinking a little bit and what we’ve come up with is phase one of nablounge.com

We’ve developed an environment where a student can be a student.

One of the features of phase one of NaBlounge is the ability for students to upload their own photos and videos directly to the site.

These can be anything they want them to be.

They can be fun videos of them and their classmates goofing around

Or they can be more serious; maybe talking about a success story or a lesson they learned from their nuts and bolts training.

Another great component of NaBlounge is the advice section.

This is where students are invited to ask industry related questions which are directly answered by a senior nuts and bolts trainer!

NaBlounge isn’t just a place for our students to take advantage of either. It’s become a fantastic place for the school owner or director to really showcase their member school.

We’ve got videos from our member schools on NaBlounge right now showcasing a hair show they’ve just done, or a great new promotion their school is running.

It’s truly turning out to be a valuable tool.

Couple that with our up to the minute member school finder and it becomes a very powerful recruitment tool.

We believe that nablounge.com is truly the first site of its kind for the cosmetology industry, and we really are extremely proud of it.

So please, take some time to visit the site, have a look around, and by all means let us know what you think, we’d love to hear from you.
